We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a renowned healthcare facility in London, serving women and children. Duties:

In this role, you will utilise your expertise to deliver comprehensive and evidence-based care within the Paediatric Orthopaedics department. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you will also exercise autonomy in overseeing the patient journey. Acting as a patient advocate, you will offer specialised nursing advice and emotional support while driving service enhancements and staff education initiatives. Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role, alongside the experience and expertise we seek.

Key Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN Child or RSCN) with valid NMC registration
• Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience in Children's nursing
• First degree in nursing or a health-related subject
• Relevant qualification in the specialist area with a minimum of 12 months' experience
• Mentorship qualification
• Basic/Intermediate Paediatric Life Support certification
• Experience in audit and research relevant to the specialism
• Knowledge of safeguarding processes, with an up-to-date level 3 Safeguarding qualification
• Understanding of clinical governance and risk management
