Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and plan interventions for service users.
• Diagnose and manage individual needs, integrating various treatment methods.
• Review and adjust treatment plans, prescribing medication as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with service users, carers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance the quality of healthcare delivery.

Person Specification:

• Qualified pharmacist or first-level registered nurse with relevant experience.
• Current NMC or GPhC registration required
• Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber.
• Experience in substance misuse treatment and project development preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Full driving license and access to transport preferred.
