Summary


Health Care Support Worker within ABUHB at the Ysbyty Ystrad Fawrworking within the Medicine or Scheduled Care Division

An exciting opportunity has become available within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board as a Health Care Support Worker. To join our caring and professional nursing team delivering general medical, rehabilitation & palliative care to our patients.

NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care gained in a Health & Social Care Setting or experience for 6 months

Please note we will not be providing sponsorship for this role.

We are a friendly team and welcome applications from Health Care Support Worker's who possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and who are committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families and carers within a hospital setting. Ideally the candidate will have excellent computer skills and be enthusiastic about change management and supportive towards their colleagues.

There are lots of opportunities to further develop and you will be supported with training and education.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
