Summary
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a full time permanent basis to join their team in Inverness. This is a varied role within a busy office environment and duties include:
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Providing estimates & invoices for account holders.
Processing of Orders and liaising with production team.
Ordering of materials.
Scanning & filing.
Working closely with line manager to ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information.
Person Specification:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, word, excel).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping
(On the job training will be given in industry specific software programs)
