Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for an Assembly Technician to work in their leading facility in Newtown.
For the successful Assembly Technician, our client is offering;
• £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
• Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Permanent position

The role of the Assembly Technician;
• Mechanical and Electrical Assembly
• Building and testing of electric, pneumatic control panels. Including wiring and commissioning.
• Wiring of automation systems
• Fitting and running of pneumatic lines to systems
• Completing daily job sheets and checklists
What our client is looking for in an Assembly Technician;
• Familiar with mechanical fitting/assembly practices and able to read engineering drawings.
• Must be able to assemble and build control panels including all wiring and testing.
• Conversant with electrical & pneumatic drawings.
• Experience with PLC programming (including HMI displays) and programming micro-controllers - PREFERRED
• A good understanding of the English language, both verbal and written
