Summary
PLAY@SouthLeeds are looking for someone to join our leadership team. We are a community interest company who have been open since January 2019 providing all year round childcare and Early Education.
Expectation :
Commitment to safeguarding
Minimum level 3 relevant qualification required
Must have minimum 2 years experience of being a Level 3 Early Years Educator
Experience of working with children and families
Good understanding of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
Good understanding of safeguarding procedures
Main duties :
Be an active member of the leadership team
Lead our 2-4yr room
Oversee the planning, delivery and monitoring of the EYFS curriculum
Supervise staff on a daily basis
To act as a keyperson or significant other when needed
Ensure all records are up to date regarding learning and development
Ensure strong parent / carer relations, facilitating regular meetings regarding development
