What You'll Do:
- Provide person-centred support to young adults in their 20's with learning disabilities and complex health needs, including supporting with their personal care, manual handling, medication administration, and household tasks.
- Foster independence and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
- Build meaningful connections and create opportunities for social engagement and recreation.
- Drive the people we supports' Mobility Vehicles to enable access to community activities and outings.
Shifts:
- Various shift patterns: 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, or long days.
- We are seeking individuals who can work flexibly across our rota including both weekdays and weekends.
