We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic and passionate Level 2 or Level 1 Gymnastic Instructor to join our team at Halo. We will consider candidates without gymnastic qualifications if they are suitable and willing to complete the course supported by Halo.
You will coach the designated activity as appropriate to the level of ability, age range and target groups.

Duties and responsibilities:


To be responsible that all sessions/activities take place in a safe environment with due regard to Health & Safety recommendations.


Beat your targets


Assist in running a safe and clean activity, taking care of the resources which are needed to deliver the services on offer


Pitch in as needed to help your centre, your manager, your colleagues


Promote our values and expectations


Support your colleagues


Commit to your own development


Take part in company training programmes


Provide feedback so we can continually improve


Respect the privacy rights of customers and colleagues


Take responsibility for your performance


Take an active interest in the company and your centre


Follow company policies, procedures and systems


Follow the emergency response plan


Skills qualities and experience:


British Gymnastics Level 1 Gymnastics Instructor (or willing to upskill)


Good understanding of Health and Safety


Friendly and approachable personality with good oral communication and interaction skills


Flexible approach to working hours including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.


Desirable:


Health and Safety matters with regard to staff and the general public.


Experience of working with children


Ability to speak Welsh.
