Summary
Site Services & Facilities Officer
37 hours per week permanent position to commence as soon as possible (based at South West Durham Training Centre in Newton Aycliffe)
Salary: Fixed point 14 (£22,780.16 per annum)
South West Durham Training has an exciting opportunity available for a Site Services & Facilities Officer. The successful candidate will provide effective day to day functions and running of the premises through the guidance of the General Manager.

Candidates have different options to be considered for this role. All applicants are invited to attend a two-week training programme, taking place on Tuesday 7th May 2024 and finishing on Friday 17th May 2024. For those who do not currently meet the criteria but are interested in the position, you are welcome to come along to the two-week training and recruitment programme and upon completion, you will be guaranteed an interview for the position. For applicants who meet the criteria for the role, the two-week training and recruitment programme will be optional.
The criteria for the role is to possess a Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject area and have experience in the construction industry (or complete the two-week training and recruitment programme).
During the two-week training and recruitment programme, candidates will complete three qualifications (NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Climate Change and Environmental Awareness, NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques and City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to the Facilities Industry), as well as a work trial.
