As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food in our kitchen. You will work closely with our team of skilled chefs to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard, while adhering to all food safety and cleanliness protocols. Your creativity and passion for cooking will shine through as you develop and implement new recipes and menu items that satisfy our customers' cravings. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen
Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety regulations
Develop and standardize recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure all meals are prepared and presented in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to create new menu items
Requirements
Proven experience working as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisine
Hours Per Hour: 30.00
Start Time: 12:00
End Time: 19:00
Pay Per Hour: £11.44
