Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to source several Trainee Nursery Nurses for a highly valued client in Bridport, Dorset.

Why should you be in interested? Our client is offering:

- apprentice pay of £6.40 p/h rising to £11.50 p/h with 20% of your working hours spent on completing a L2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (fully funded). Expect year 1 take home pay between £6,988.80 to £11.980.80.
- a Monday to Friday working/study pattern with offered hours ranging from 21 to 36 hours per week. Hours of work planned between 0700hrs to 1800hrs, on a rota basis, includes a paid break with a free hot lunch.
- 28 days of holiday PA, including Bank Holidays. Rises to 30 days with long service, details available upon request.
- 50% off childcare, in setting, a saving of up to £16,243.50 PA.
- fully funded training including opportunities to study Food Hygiene, First Aid, Health & Safety, Child Protection, Equal Opportunities certificates alongside further Early Years qualifications post qualification.
- client funded DBS checks & uniform.

- wants to work within an Early Years setting. Ideally, you’ll have GCSE English & Maths in place but not to worry if you don’t, our client can help.
- is passionate about nurturing children during their early years of education.
- wants to be an expert communicator with basic IT competences. Not to worry our client will provide induction training but expect to regularly update plans, records & reports on our client's Nursery Management Software.
- wants to act as a key person ensuring the best possible education/care of a designated group of children. Expect to regularly liaise with families & allied professionals.
- wants to within the Early Years statutory framework & to company policies/procedures.
- is willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check and wants to learn about safeguarding considerations.
