Summary
Due to an increase in customer demand and a number of newly secured contracts, 'Perfection' is delighted to be able require new team members in the highly professional trade of Leather & Trim repairs, in and around the Birmingham area and surrounding counties.
We will pay the successful candidate a starting salary of approx £21680-£23750 a year to learn a new skill! After training the sky is the limit on potential earnings, you can expect OTE earning of up to £60'000pa, and in some cases more!
You’ll be joining one of the UK’s leading independent Vehicle refurbishment specialists in this new, challenging, and exciting role.
We require the following essentials however to be considered for this position:
-A good interest within one of these sectors:
- Wheel Refurbishment / S.M.A.R.T repairs
- Vehicle Body-shop/Vehicle repairs
- Vehicle upholstery, leather & trim repairs
You must be:
-Over 21 years of age and have a full UK driving license (up to 3.5T)
-Ability to deliver excellent customer service
-Have a positive, flexible & can-do approach to work
- Ability to learn and have a small eye for detail
-Ability to reflect the professional image of the company
- Experienced in the Leather & Trim industry
You’ll be traveling to customers within Birmingham and surrounding counties, repairing windscreen damage (not replacing windscreen), leather and trim and vehicle plastics to an exceptionally very high standard.
