Summary

As Extended Warranty Manager, you'll be integral for overseeing all aspects of extended warranty programs offered by Haier in the UK and ROI. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing strategies to increase extended warranty sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure profitability. You will collaborate with various internal and external stake holders including Domestic and General, to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service to customers.
With demonstrable experience in warranty management, preferably within a white goods, consumer electronics or consumer durable environment, you'll take a detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers. You'll have proven leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
