Summary

Position: Senior Site Manager

Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom

Responsibilities: As a Senior Site Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our High Rise Residential Scheme. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.
  • Leading and motivating on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders, including architects and engineers, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolving challenges and issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-rise residential projects on time and within budget.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
