Summary
The duties of the Fellow in cutaneous surgery include shared responsibility with the consultant dermatologists for the surgical management of patients in the department and supervision of Specialist Registrars in dermatology. Routine outpatient clinics are held in the University Hospital of Wales and at University Hospital Llandough, Penarth. Visits on request may be made to other hospitals in the teaching group. The postholder will be responsible for cutaneous surgery patients admitted to the main hospital building. Responsibilities will include participating in outpatient clinics, surgical sessions, test requesting, Cancer MDT, this list is not exhaustive and will develop with the post.
