Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School wishes to appoint an exceptional SEND leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and support students and staff.

We would welcome applications from either a current qualified SENDCO or from a experienced SEND practitioner willing to undertake the SENDCO qualification.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs, who is able to lead work to fulfil statutory requirements and inspire their team to improve whole school SEND provision.

We have recently been awarded 'Good' in our last Ofsted Inspection and senior leaders have established an ambitious, knowledge-rich curriculum where students experience the very best knowledge in teaching.

* Be a great team player with the ability to motivate others.
* Be an excellent communicator with a welcoming manner and calm disposition.
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to raise academic standards.
