What you'll be doing;
- Provide support to our Industrial, Water and Energy Commercial Division for the South.
- Analyse sub-contractor weekly and monthly applications for payment, in liaison with Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors
- Reviewing of daily contract data
- Preparation of contract submissions
- Preparation of contract variations and related quotes/notifications in liaison with Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors
- Purchase order administration
- General clerical administration to support the Commercial Contract Management team
What we're looking for;
- Previous experience within a Quantity Surveyor Assistant / administrative role
- Must be IT literate and able to adapt to use Veolia internal IT systems
- Must be competent in the use of all Microsoft and Google software packages
- Full UK driving licence and transport as you may be required to travel to other sites when needed
