What you will be doing:
We provide ongoing opportunities for personal and professional development. We invest in our team members, providing training to
keep you at the forefront of industry trends and customer service excellence.
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
* Complete road tests and sign off all the necessary warranty repairs
* Accurately report and record work done and tests carried
* Liaise with customers on technical/product matters
* Keep up-to-date with the most recent changes in technology, techniques and commercial developments
What we need from you:
* Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent (achieving level 4 qualification, will be supported for the right candidate)
* EV qualification preferred
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified diagnostic technician
* Use diagnostic equipment competently
* Full manual driving licence
