This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of staff in supporting individuals with complex disabilities who live in their own homes in the community. To support each individual to meet their goals and outcomes using a person centred approach.
This is a rewarding post which offers a wide range of opportunities for staff to work in various community settings. Promoting the independence of the individuals and ensuring they live full and integrated lives.
