Main Purpose of the role:
As an Interpreter, you will be providing Remote language interpreting services to a variety of organisations. In this role you will be making a difference by supporting people where English is not their first language providing Remote interpreting services for NHS, charities, businesses and local authorities.
Responsibility
· Telephone/Video interpreting
· Adhere to our strict code of ethics
· Work in a professional manner and provide an accurate, confidential and impartial service
Requirement:
· Interpreters will need to hold an Enhanced DBS certificate If you do not have one, you can apply for one through us.
· Speak English fluently and any of the following languages: Oromo, Polish, Vietnamese, Lithuanian, Tamil, Tigrigna, Kurdish Sorani.
· Be eligible to be self-employed in the UK
· Excellent communication, language and organisation skills
· IT skills and access to internet and email
· Confident, enthusiastic and professional attitude
