Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Universities UK International (UUKi) as Head of Transnational Education (TNE). In this role, you will report to the Deputy Director (Policy and Global Engagement), providing strategic leadership for UUKi’s work on transnational education (TNE), and supporting UK Universities in developing their Transnational Education partnerships and collaboration.
You will be confident representing the organisation at a senior level both in the UK and internationally, with strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
The successful candidate will have experience working in and managing small, high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment, and will be able to communicate with our stakeholders with tact and diplomacy. You will also play a leading role in coordinating the work of team members to develop and implement a rolling programme of events and publications, and work creatively to ensure the sustainability of UUKi’s work in this area.
Please note that Universities UK operates a hybrid working framework involving the opportunity to work from home and in the office. There will be a small number of roles where employees will be required to work from an office, but typically the majority of employees will be able to work remotely on average 60% of their working week. All employees are welcome to use their contractual office for their whole working week if that is their preference.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday 28 May 2024.
