As the home manager you will have the overall responsibility for the smooth running of the home and the general well-being of residents and staff.
You will also have overall responsibility for all functions including care needs, budgets and financial control, staffing & training, marketing and Health & Safety.
You will be a passionate and genuinely caring individual with a proven track record and significant experience as a Care Home Manager or within a similar role.
You must have exceptional leadership qualities and experience of developing a care service.
You must have a thorough working knowledge of care standards as this role will require you to become registered as the accredited person.
You will have strong managerial experience and have driven measurable improvements in a care setting.
