Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, ambitious and full of energy individual to join our growing Estate Agents and be a part of a successful team with a proven track record. The right candidate should be looking to enhance their career and be willing to work independently as well as part of a team.

Offering salary: Between £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Taking calls from clients (landlords, vendors & tenants).
Negotiating contract renewals (tenancies).
Dealing with deposit renewals.
Organising new rent protection policies.
Uploading references to 3rd party portal and chasing them daily.
Preparing move in documents for lettings properties and making sure all documents are signed.
Completing new let check lists.
Booking viewings occasionally as and when necessary.
Working with inventory company to arrange inventories and inspections.
Requirements:

Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
Highly organised and energetic.
Focused and supportive to other team members.
Experience of working in a sales and customer service environment.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Customer Service oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Registering tenant details, then match to available properties.
Be IT literate with the ability to use Word and Excel.
Preparing property particulars, everyday correspondence and other admin documents related to the department.
Must be fluent in English.
Hours of work:

Mon - Fri: 9am - 6.30pm
