Acorn by Synergie is looking for an enthusiastic Process Engineer to join their client's production team. As a leading manufacturer, they're always looking for new ways to improve production processes, and to take efforts to the next level.

A talented Process Engineer is required to facilitate and promote continuous improvement. You'll be expected to identify barriers to efficiency and cost-effectiveness, develop and implement initiatives for improvement, and troubleshoot potential issues.

The production processes typically involve the use of paint, assembly, and sheet metal, and you'll be comfortable working with either of them.

Ideally, you'll have an engineering background, as well as an understanding of lean principles. The company prioritises safety, and so you should be a stickler for following safety regulations and best practices.

They are not a company that stands still, and so having a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to continuously re-evaluate tasks and processes for improvement, is a must.

On offer for the Process Engineer:-

  • Hybrid Working
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
  • Health Plan
  • Monthly bonus
  • Canteen
  • Life Insurance 3 x basic salary
  • Online shopping
  • Excellent training and promotional prospects
