Job Duties:
- Provide one-to-one support and tuition to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Develop tailored learning plans and teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
- Provide feedback on student performance to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs
- Experience working with individuals with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of SEN provisions and best practises
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
- Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
- Additional training in specific learning difficulties

Working Conditions:

This role involves working with students in educational settings, potentially requiring travel between different locations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
