Position Overview:

As a Sales Supervisor at Wise Remittance Limited, you will play a key role in driving the success of our sales team. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional development.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales leadership role.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
