This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
Day to day duties of the role
Coordinate the T-level program for construction professionals, ensuring the delivery and success of the program at a high standard.
Collaborate with the faculty team to facilitate the development of Higher Education (HE) programs at level 5 and beyond.
To provide support and cultivate the understanding of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and External Quality Assurance (EQA) expectations across the faculty, including leading and participation in standardisation meetings.
Prioritising work experience in programs that necessitate it by collaborating with program lecturers and the administrative team to ensure learners successfully complete placements and engage in active reflection on their experiences.
Required skills and qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in an educational setting.
Proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
Experience in coordinating industry placements or work experience programs
A Teaching Qualification at level 4 or above.
