The Role

As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide additional supervision and support to help young people into independence and help them to acquire essential life skills i.e., understanding benefits, budgeting, cooking, and accessing education or training.

Pay Rate

£12 Per Hour

Shift information

24 Hours shift or Evening Shift but as it is bank work shifts could include waking nights, evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, and sleepovers.

As a Bank support worker flexibility is required due to the nature of the job.

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)

A driving licence and access to a vehicle

Previous experience of working with: Children, and young people or have applicable life experience
