The company -
You will be working for a well-known Tier 1 Main contractor who operates all over the UK. They are award winning and specialise in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial Sectors. This specific role will be based on a project in Reading.
The role -
In this role you will be reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor and will be expected to complete the standard duties from procurement to completion of the project, experience in this will be essential for this role. This is a £15million refurb project, where experience in Refurb, Cut and Carve, New Build and Fit-out will be beneficial. Not only for this project but for future project lined up as well.
