You will be provided with support to build your confidence in working with SEN pupils and make strong bonds with the children in your care. You will also help the class teacher assess pupils and make sure learning material is accessible to pupils to aid development and learning. Experience in SEND additional need is not always necessary as the school will provide support for the right applicant. You will take part in training in line with the school CPD calendar.
