Summary

Trust Finance and Business Officer

At Ignite Learning Partnership, we are on a journey of growth, and we are pleased to introduce a new role within our structure: Trust Finance and Business Officer. Key Responsibilities:

- Effective financial and budget management, providing a high quality service to schools to ensure that statutory responsibilities are met

- Providing business administration support to ensure the smooth operation of trust activities

- Collaborating with school leaders and stakeholders to drive financial efficiency and sustainability

- Contributing to the development and implementation of trust policies and procedures

- Supporting the growth and development of the trust



Requirements:

- Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards professional development

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple locations

- A thorough understanding of financial procedures and systems, adept at maintaining accounting systems

- Experience of producing insightful financial reports and a confident user of excel

- Experience in finance and/or business with relevant qualifications

- Commitment to the values and mission of Ignite Learning Partnership

Location: Central offices based at St Stephens CofE Primary (WV10 0BB), with flexibility for remote work and travel to other school locations

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, term time only (plus insets) and two weeks to be worked in the school holidays by mutual agreement
