Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

To support our Compliance department we are looking for a Compliance Administrator who can keep the company compliant to British
Standards, all policies and procedures as well as maintaining all levels of Health & Safety by completing the following duties:




This role will include, but is not limited to:

* Managing day to day emails into the compliance department
* Gathering/filing and storing information as required and within GDPR guidelines
* Organising diaries, appointments / visits
* Update records/spreadsheets
* Administration of Halo’s Health and Safety compliance systems
* Administration of Halo’s BSI10125:2022 Compliance
* Supporting the compliance department to ensure all areas are continually up to date and all areas are monitored closely.
* Visiting sites to conduct Health & Safety / Compliance audits (Training & Pool car will be provided)



What are we looking for?

* Full Driving Licence
* Excellent computer literacy
* Customer service skills
* Willingness to travel to sites to conduct Compliance visits
* Knowledge of H&S / Compliance desirable but not essential
