Ready to step into an amazing career? Join us in a leading role as Restaurant Manager. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing the staff and operations, providing excellent customer service, ensuring staff are safe and that all food safety procedures are followed according to regulations. Deciding on range and quality of meals to be provided. Discusses customers’ requirements for special occasions and parties and where large orders are placed. Purchases or directs the purchasing of supplies and arranges for preparation of accounts and sending it the management. Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property. To keep check on quality of food and to make sure that waiting service and time is as per company policy. Keep premises, kitchen and dining areas clean and appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements. Maintaining safe working conditions. Plans and arranges food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organises the provision of waiting or counter staff. Checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit. Determines staffing, financial, material and other short and long term requirements. Providing daily reports of sales and working closely with management to meet revenue objectives

What You Will Need to Have:
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience within the food business
• Knowledge of food production and basic understanding of food preparation
• To have management experience
• To be confident working in a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Strong sense of integrity
• ability to work flexible hours including weekends
