Working at our home, you’ll look after our residents’ health, wellbeing and happiness. Most of our residents have various levels of dementia.
• Support the Residents in maintaining an acceptable standard of personal hygiene and appearance, assisting with dressing, toileting, bathing and feeding where necessary, in a sensitive and dignified way
• Understand and assist in any emotional and personality differences that may arise among the Residents.
• Help with residents activities.
• Ensure record keeping is done when required.
• Other care duties as specified by the management.
• Full training provided with support to gain Diploma
• Our day shift runs between 08:00 and 20:00. Shifts available: 8am-8pm, 2pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm. Every other weekend is required. Extra hours can be discussed at interview.
The hours/days of work will be discussed at your interview. Full time 36 hours per week. Part time 24 hours a week.
Pay is £12.00 an hour with 50p her hour enhancement on weekends.
