Summary
KD Doors is looking to recruit an Office Admin Assistant, you will be required to deliver excellent customer service and display excellent communication skills with the ability to present written and oral information clearly and in a meaningful way.
You will be working within a busy team environment, completing a variety of tasks, providing an efficient administration service and ensure all tasks are managed effectively.
Your responsibilities will include, filtering of incoming calls, purchasing & invoice processing, making arrangements for travel and accommodation and any duties requested by your line manager. You will be able to maintain and provide accurate and timely information as required.
