As a Flexi Care Support Worker, you will be working 12 hour shifts, mostly taking on our day shifts where you will have the opportunity to not only provide essential personal care, but also engage individuals in a variety of enriching activities, from arts and crafts to community outings. You will also have the flexibility to undertake occasional night shifts, providing comfort, reassurance and assistance to our residents during the nocturnal hours.
