At Rowan Alba we specialise in supporting people who have lived on the streets, sometimes for many years. At our upcoming Birken Tree House development we create a supportive community where each client is able to live with dignity.

We are now actively searching a Weekend Support Workers to join our team at Birken Tree House in Edinburgh. We have a part-time, permanent position available at a charitable organisation that is committed to helping those in Scotland experiencing, or at risk of homelessness.

As a Weekend Support Worker, you will be working with women who may have complex health needs, including those related to homelessness, as well as individuals struggling with addiction and challenging behaviours.

Salary: £17,032.08 per annum
Job Type: 25 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Info: 28 days annual leave plus 4 public holidays and contributory pension scheme (based on working 5 days per week, pro rata if working less than this) and contributory pension scheme.
Location: Edinburgh
