Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant at the school, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an Additional Language (EAL)
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
- A willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development
