About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Primary SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to join our team in Tiverton. The successful candidate will work full-time, supporting students with a range of special educational needs within a primary school setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Collaborate with other staff members, including SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators), to ensure the individual needs of students are met.
- Utilize a variety of strategies and resources to engage students and support their learning and development.
