During the consultant and MDT ward rounds, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of evidence-based advice/guidance on medications to ensure their safe and effective use. In addition, you will take responsibility for the development and review of policies, procedures and guidelines for medicine use within medicine services.

You will be supporting pharmacy business planning and implementation of electronic clinical systems both across the Trust and local care community to support cost-effective, patient-focussed service provision.

As an experienced clinical pharmacist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training and education on medicine issues within Medicine CBU to members of the pharmacy service and the wider MDT.
