Morrison Water Services part of the M Group Services Water Division are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. As a division, we employ circa 3000 people across the UK and we are looking for aspiring people like you, who are keen to build their career within the Water Industry/ Commercial Sector.
Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit Reinstatement Operative to work on our Yorkshire Water contract in Beverley.
As the Reinstatement Operative you will be part of our reinstatement department who are responsible for completing quality first time reinstatements.
You will need to be competent in all aspects of cold lay reinstatements. This will include the ability to complete all types of mason work including laying concrete, replacing flags and kerbs and block paving all to specification. They will have the drive and enthusiasm to complete a full days work and be able to take clear instructions from the team leader.
As a Reinstatement Operative, you will be required to carry out risk assessments (understand, able to complete and follow). You will set up site and remove site. You will be able to inspect all work and work equipment for defects. Defect/damage reporting. You will ensure all related activities/works are undertaken safely, in line with MWS procedures and industry best practice. You will be required to maintain a clean and safe work site, vehicle and tooling.
Do you have a full clean Driving Licence? You will need one to be considered for this role.
Are you a strong problem solver with effective communication skills?
Can you work to tight timescales and prioritise work efficiently?
Do you have the ability to work within health and safety legislation?

Additional Information
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
