Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care to individuals with learning disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our reputable residential care home in Lincolnshire.

We are working with a small, well-established residential care home providing high-quality support and accommodation to residents with learning disabilities. Their service is fully compliant with regulatory standards and is known for its compassionate and person-centered approach.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of our care home. You will ensure the delivery of excellent care and support that meets the individual needs of our residents. This includes overseeing staff, managing resources efficiently, maintaining compliance with regulations, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of care staff, ensuring they are trained and supported to deliver outstanding care.
• Develop care plans tailored to each resident's needs and preferences, regularly reviewing and updating them as required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control within the home.
• Manage budgets effectively, including monitoring expenditure and resource allocation.
• Uphold compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and relevant legislation.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Registered Manager with a proven track record in a similar role within a care setting, preferably with experience in learning disabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
• A compassionate and person-centered approach to care.
