ASSOCIATE LECTURER – COMPUTING
REF: AL2433

Salary: Hourly Paid Academic Rate

Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st July 2024.

Location: Paignton, Devon

We are looking for a professional Lecturer who will be required to undertake formal scheduled teaching duties as follows: preparation for teaching, formal teaching, tutorials, and student assessment.

You will need to have a vocational qualification in a computing related subject matter, Networking, Information Security, programming and web development/or equivalent working experience, desire to undertake a higher level qualification, if not already held to attain a teaching qualification within 3 years, evidence of continued professional and personal development and experience of working in the computing industry within an IT Support, network infrastructure, software development role or experience of delivery such topics within education. You will also need to be a creative thinker, be able to teach creatively and work as a team.
