Summary
We are looking for an individual that is fun, enthusiastic, creative and caring to join our team!
We are a busy setting located near Sutton town centre and Sutton Coldfield train station and we offer care to children from 3 months - 5 years.
We are offering an opportunity to learn a profession in early years with the support of our experienced management and senior team.
Your responsibilities would include
To help to observe, plan and assess children's learning and development
To work in partnership with Parents, Carers and other agencies to provide the best care to each child
To provide an exciting learning environment both inside and out
To know and adhere to the settings policies and procedures
To be warm, loving and kind to children
To teach children Communication skills and continually develop their language
To support Children's independence at each stage of their journey
To know and understand and be able to use Birmingham City Council's process of referral for concerns about children or a person of trust
To keep up to date and knowledgeable about changes and updates to any frameworks or legislations relevant to Early Years and your role
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays - Working shifts between 8-9 hours per day.
