**All our vacancies for a Personal Assistant have been placed on behalf of Individuals who require support services. Successful applicants will not be employed by Blue Sky Brokers.**
Our male client, who has cerebral palsy, has limited dexterity coordination and his speech is unclear. He has 2 Personal Assistants currently, one of which is reducing her hours so we have this vacancy available.
The client works full time from home in Sinfin 4 days per week and one day per week in Birmingham.
One part of the role will be to ensure the client has help with food and drink preparation, by putting out snacks. Make a flask of coffee, ensure some domestic duties e.g. laundry, making the bed, general tidying up is carried out. To make telephone calls, paperwork on behalf of the client. Ensure items are placed away for Health & Safety matters i.e. wires, loose cables trip hazards, etc.
One major focus of this role is to engage the client to build up his physical health through swimming and helping in the gym, so the ideal candidate must be able to swim.
• £11.44 per hour
• Thursday - 7.00pm - 9.00pm = 2 hours
• Friday - 7.00pm - 9.00pm = 2 hours
• Saturday - 7.00pm - 8.00pm = 1 hour
• Sunday – 12.00pm – 1.00pm = 1 hour
Essential – Driver required. You MUST hold a UK Driving Licence with business insurance. (mileage paid)
