The Role:
This Primary School in Barnet is looking for a KS2 Teacher to join them on a permanent basis in September. To be successful you will need to be capable of delivering exciting and engaging lessons as well as showing a commitment to ensuring high standards of behaviour and achievement amongst all children. You will need to have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and good behaviour and classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of children’s progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding students' academic progress, behaviour, and any concerns or achievements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events to contribute to the overall school community and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant student information in accordance with school policies and regulations.
