Summary
We are currently looking to employ 3 x Nursery Assistants to work across South Tyneside in busy nursery's.
THE ROLE
-Provide care and support to all children within the Nursery.
-Providing care, guidance and support to the children in the setting. Under direction of staff, undertaking activities with individual or groups of children
-Ensuring that all safeguarding procedures are followed and identify any concerns immediately to the Nursery Manager.
-To be involved in out of work hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings & events.
-Liaise with and support parent/carers and other family members.
THE PERSON
-Have previous or similar experience
-GCSE'S grades 4-9 (A-C) in English and Maths or equivalent.
-Level 2 childcare certificates.
