Summary
This is a full time role, working 37 hours per week.
Day to day duties of the role
Administration, installation, managing and upgrading of Windows based systems and servers, back-up solutions and Cisco based network.
Administration of Microsoft O365 services including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Azure and licencing.
Installation and administration of Hyper-V System and Microsoft SQL server.
Deliver 3rd line IT technical support for calls logged to our internal IT helpdesk and support desktop technicians with 2nd line technical support issues.
Required skills and qualifications
An appropriate Level 5 technical qualification in an IT related subject and technical knowledge of working with Microsoft enterprise-scale networks.
Knowledge and experience of administering a Windows domain.
Knowledge and experience of the configuration and administration of Windows Server products and services.
Knowledge and experience of the configuration and administration of Office 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online & Teams.
