Salary circa £25,835 p.a.
We require a highly motivated, customer focused Senior Student Advisor to join our Admissions team. With excellent customer service and communication skills, you will provide comprehensive course and funding information and advice on our full range of courses (14 – 16, FE, HE, Adult part time). With responsibility for processing a high volume of applications and enrolments, you will need strong administrative and digital skills, and be able to work independently and with attention to detail.
As the HE Admissions Lead you will provide cross college oversight of the HE Admissions process, liaising with curriculum teams and external partners. With line management responsibility for the Student Advisor (HE), you will also provide support and training to the wider Student Advisor team. This may involve occasional work at our other campuses.
Flexibility in this role is required as there are several recruitment events throughout the year, approximately 6 - 8 of which will involve working into the early evening.
