Summary
Your key responsibilities will include:
To lead on the delivery of the Humbercare Volunteer Strategy.
To lead on the coordination of Work Placement opportunities including Student Placements, Work Experience, Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
To work alongside the management team to identify new and exciting volunteer and placement opportunities across our services and departments.
To lead on attracting a diverse team of volunteers.
To lead on increasing work-based placement opportunities.
To lead on the recruitment, induction, training, support and supervision of volunteers and work placements.
To provide a high-quality service, ensuring outstanding customer service and delivery by acting as an ambassador for Humbercare
Your essential skills and requirements will include:
Educated to Level 3 Diploma or equivalent.
Experience of effective leadership and coordination of services or projects.
Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
